Travel and Access
To access Las Vegas from international locations, travelers typically fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), also known as McCarran Airport. International direct flights to Las Vegas can be flown from Seoul, London, Amsterdam, Manchester, Zurich, and Dublin. If you are coming from other areas in Asia, typical connecting flights are through Los Angeles (LAS) or San Francisco (SFO).
From the Airport to the MGM Grand
The MGM Grand is only a 5min ride from the Harry Reid International Airport. The most popular options to arrive at the hotel is to follow the signs to the authorized Taxi line or use the UBER or Lyft rideshare apps. Either option (depending on time of day) will be approximately $20 USD.
US Entry Visa Policies
Applying for a Visa
Attendees from certain countries not included in the Visa Waiver Program are required to obtain a US visa when attending ISPSD2026. Some embassies may need to verify that registration fees have been paid in full and may require applicants to appear in person for an interview, causing delays in the application process. Applicants affected by these procedures are informed that additional screening is needed. Therefore, attendees should apply for a visa as early as possible.
Please visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for complete information on how to apply for a visitor visa.
You should also visit your local U.S. embassy or consular office website where you will apply for your visa. There you can find out how to schedule an interview appointment, pay fees, ensure you obtain appropriate documentation, and any other instructions.
Visa Letter
After you complete your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email which will serve as your invitation letter for the visa application purpose. If you need further assistance, please contact the general chair.
