A Message from the Chair

Conference Update – 2025-05-12

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my privilege to welcome you to the 38th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD 2026). After a four year international rotation, ISPSD will return to North America in the energetic city of Las Vegas, Nevada on May 24 – 28, 2026. This premier global forum brings together leading researchers, academics, and industry professionals to share groundbreaking advancements, exchange innovative ideas, and shape the future of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits.

I am very pleased that we can offer the conference as an in-person format to allow the face-to-face engagements that are at the heart of ISPSD 2026. Our program features a specialized short course, distinguished keynote addresses, rigorous technical sessions, and a wonderful social program. These interactions during the technical sessions, questioning results in front of a poster, or lively debates during a social hour—are intended to spark further developments in our field.

The conference location, Las Vegas, is routinely ranked as one of the top locations for conferences in the world. Its central location with a major international airport, will make it easily accessible for all of our global attendees. Beyond logistics, the city has a various range of dining and entertainment, and direct access to amazing natural wonders like the famous Grand Canyon National Park.

As the paper submission format has now changed to a 4-page full paper, please plan your research accordingly to take advantage of this great conference. I look forward to welcoming you to Las Vegas for ISPSD 2026!
