Author notifications will be sent out February 23, 2026. Late news authors will be notified by TBD, 2026.


MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A full 4-page manuscript should be submitted to Epapers with the following requirements:

  • PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant
  • Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11")
  • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
  • Allowed File Size: 5.0MB
  • Do not page number your paper
  • Do not apply security settings to your PDF file.

Please note: All submissions made to IEEE will be screened for plagiarism. By submitting your work you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work.
